Acceptable Use Policy
LinkForge enforces zero-tolerance against phishing, malware distribution, deceptive spam, and unauthorized link manipulation.
Prohibited Link Categories
Any shortened link created on LinkForge or hosted custom domains that matches any of the following categories will be disabled instantly upon detection:
Phishing & Credential Theft
Links designed to deceive users into disclosing passwords, credit card numbers, or sensitive credentials.
Malware, Ransomware & CSAM
Links pointing to malicious executables, ransomware payloads, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Spam, Scams & Deceptive Redirects
Unsolicited bulk communications, cryptocurrency/investment scams, click-bait deceptive cloaking, or automated click fraud schemes.
Impersonation & Sanctions
Unauthorized brand spoofing intended to deceive consumers, or violations of OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions.
Hate Speech, Harassment & Doxxing
Content promoting violence, hate speech, severe harassment, threats, or doxxing.
Illegal Goods & Regulated Content
Illegal drugs, weapons, controlled substances, illegal gambling where prohibited by law, or adult content without proper age gating.
Automated Safety Scans & Enforcement
LinkForge integrates automated Google Web Risk scanning and periodic automated rescans. Users are responsible for destination content on an ongoing basis, not just at the time of link creation. Links flagged as abusive are disabled automatically at the edge within milliseconds. Links must not redirect to entities or regions under OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions.
Graduated Enforcement Model
For general policy violations, we follow a graduated enforcement approach:
- Warning: Notification of the violation.
- Remediation: 48 hours to correct the issue.
- Temporary Suspension: 7-day account suspension if unresolved.
- Permanent Termination: Permanent removal from the platform.
Note: Immediate termination without warning applies to severe violations, including phishing, malware, CSAM, and sanctions violations.
Rate Limits & Resource Abuse
Automated mass link creation beyond your plan's stated limits is strictly prohibited. You may not engage in API abuse, load testing, or other actions that artificially strain LinkForge infrastructure without explicit written permission.
Appeals & Dispute Process
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal the decision within 14 days. Please email appeals@linkforge.site with relevant context and evidence. Our safety team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

If you suspect a LinkForge short link violates this policy, submit a report below or email abuse@linkforge.site. Reports are reviewed by our safety team 24/7.
